Yes, the child is absolutely naked. He woke up early, dropped his pjs
and ran to the DISNEY calendar. :-) Let's Go!!
Disney's Magical Express picked us up from the airport
and delivered our luggage to the hotel door. Awesome!!!
Everyone is so excited!
We decided to let Gracyn rest a bit once we made it to the hotel room. Kelby and Crosby went out exploring the All Star Resorts. The following pictures show Croz posing with various characters around the hotel. We purposely watched all these characters' movies beforehand so he would recognize them. Of course, Woody and Buzz are his favorites.
Yes, Gracyn took a good nap!
The first ride in Magic Kingdom...Aladdin's Magic Carpets. Didn't realize it until after the boys jumped in line but Gracyn could've ridden this one too.
For weeks before our trip, Crosby had admired the Mickey balloons on our info packets.
He was delighted to get a real one! (Then Daddy almost passed out when I told him how much it had cost.)
"It's a Small World....." Everyone loved this ride, especially Gracyn.
Riding Dumbo
Day two in the Magic Kingdom....we arrived 30 mins early and got to the watch the Magic Kingdom Express Train pull in with Mickey and the gang....love C's expression
notice the crowd ...and we were 30 mins early on a Monday in October
(After the initial opening, the crowds weren't too bad.)
Famous Mickey Waffles (He had planned on eating this for a long time.)
Mickey's Philarmagic Show was incredible. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and would've loved to see it again. The Tea Cups....he was spinning his hardest. :-)
"Look, there's the rabbit popping out of the teapot."
One of the many parades.
You can purchase these refillable mugs at the resorts for $15. We decided to do it knowing that we'd make sure not to lose money on this deal. Needless to say, we were water logged most of the trip.
Crosby was watching Mickey and the gang perform in front of Cinderella's Castle as we waited for our character dinner at the Crystal Palace. As they finished their show, they waved good bye and C (from forever away) waved back. Just loved it!
Character Dinner with Pooh, Tigger, Eyeore and Piglet. He was just a little excited. :-)
Gracyn had a love/hate relationship with the characters. Some she loved, some she loved until they got too close and some she just didn't love at all.
Tigger wasn't high on G's love list.
Pooh, on the other hand, she loved.
Day three...leaving early for our breakfast with Chef Mickey!! A friend of mine made G's outfit for her. It's an embroidered Minnie Mouse with a G on front and matching ruffle pants. :-) Love it.
"Hey, I see Mickey Mouse over there."
Yes, Crosby honked his nose. Still haven't figured that one out.
dancing with Donald
"I don't think I like that Goofy guy."
One of the many special treats
The white shirt didn't last long so we opted for a cooler option. Check out those cool ruffle pants.
Day 4: Animal Kingdom
Day 4: Animal Kingdom
the safari
"Hello people, did you forget about me?"
play land in the Animal Kingdom - This was such a cool playground. It gave C a chance to just run and play for a few minutes.
Kali River Rapids
Us in front of the iconic Animal Kingdom tree
a wet day for C and Mommy...Kali River Rapids!
Dinosaur dig site...C could've stayed right here for hours.
Kids dig thru tiny peebles looking for hidden fossils. Croz was elated when he found one.
Hollywood Studios: Day 5
"Okay, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS STROLLER!!"
Toy Story Mania
Character Lunch with Handy Manny, Agent Oso, and the Little Einsteins.
